Send us a message on our contact page. Include your order number in your note to us, and explain what you need done.

You’ll receive two emails to help you track the status of your order. One when you place your order. And one when your order is shipped. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to us on our contact page. Be sure to include your order number in your note to us.

We accept most major credit cards. 

If you don’t love it, we have a 30-day free return policy. So just send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all the original packaging. 

You can also exchange your item for a different size if needed. Same rules apply for exchanges.

Orders placed on Monday – Friday (before 5pm) will ship out the next day. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday through Sunday will ship out on Monday morning.
